1. Project Details
- Raheja Aurum is a premium single-tower residential development by K Raheja Corp, offering exclusive 3.5, 4.5, and limited 5 BHK duplex residences in the prestigious NIBM–Mohammed Wadi enclave, Pune.
- All information provided on the website, brochures, advertisements, or marketing materials is for general guidance only and does not constitute a legal offer or binding contract.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices mentioned are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- All payments must be made as per the payment schedule outlined in the booking form and the Agreement for Sale.
- Statutory charges, taxes (including GST), registration fees, stamp duty, and other applicable levies are extra and payable by the purchaser.
3. Unit Allotment
- Unit allotment is provisional until full execution of the Agreement for Sale and receipt of the booking amount.
- The developer reserves the right to cancel provisional allotment in case of non-compliance with payment terms or documentation requirements.
4. Possession & Delivery
- Possession timeline will be as per the Agreement for Sale and subject to approvals, force majeure events, or delays beyond the developer’s control.
- Any request for early possession shall be at the sole discretion of K Raheja Corp and subject to additional terms.
5. Modifications & Specifications
- K Raheja Corp reserves the right to make minor changes in design, layout, specifications, or amenities without prior notice, provided such changes comply with MahaRERA and applicable laws.
- Major structural changes will not be made without regulatory approval.
6. Amenities & Facilities
- All common areas, amenities, and facilities will be provided as per sanctioned plans and specifications listed in the Agreement for Sale.
- The developer shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of amenities due to maintenance, repairs, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Statutory Approvals & Compliance
- The project is registered under MahaRERA with Registration No: PR1260002500264. All necessary approvals are in place or will be obtained as per law.
- Purchasers are advised to verify project details on the official MahaRERA website.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of booking is subject to terms specified in the booking form and Agreement for Sale.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of cancellation charges, administrative fees, and applicable taxes, as per MahaRERA guidelines.
9. Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising from or in connection with this project shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
